How ordering works
- Add products to your cart — no account needed.
- Enter your contact and delivery details, choose a delivery method and review your order.
- Confirm you agree to our Terms & Conditions and select “Order with obligation to pay”.
- Your order is saved and you receive an order number on the confirmation page.
Payment
Bank transfer is the default payment method. No card details are requested and no payment is taken at checkout. After you place an order, Tom-Par sp. z o.o. will provide payment instructions by email. Use your order number as the transfer reference and wait for the instructions before paying.
Automatic order and payment emails are not currently available. The confirmation page records receipt of your order and shows payment as pending; receipt of bank details does not mean payment has been received. Contact us with your order number to obtain payment instructions before transferring money.
Prices and VAT
All prices include VAT where applicable. Our canonical currency is the euro (EUR). Prices verified by our system at the moment you place the order are stored with your order and do not change afterwards.
Currencies
You can view indicative prices in EUR, USD, GBP, PLN. Conversions use dated ECB reference rates provided by Frankfurter; the reference date is shown beside the selected currency. If current reference rates cannot be obtained, prices remain in EUR. Checkout, orders and bank-transfer payments are always in EUR. Your bank may charge its own conversion fees.
Order status
Orders move through these stages: pending, confirmed, processing, shipped, delivered (or cancelled). For questions about your order, contact us with your order number.
