Delivery options

  • Standard Delivery: €4.90 — 3–6 business days.
  • Free Standard Delivery: on orders with a product subtotal of €75 or more (before discounts).
  • Express Delivery: €9.90 — 1–3 business days. Express is always charged.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary by destination, public holidays and carrier capacity. Delivery charges include applicable taxes. Orders and bank transfers are in EUR; optional display-currency conversions are indicative only.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are processed after acceptance and receipt of payment. Contact us with your order number for dispatch information or carrier tracking where available.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Accurate delivery details and a clear understanding of the delivery estimate help avoid unnecessary uncertainty after an order is placed.

Check the full address

Include the recipient's name, street and house number, apartment or unit where relevant, city and postal code. Check that the country selected at checkout matches the address, especially when ordering for somebody else.

Plan around dispatch

The published delivery windows are estimates from dispatch, not a guarantee of arrival on a particular date. Allow for public holidays and local carrier conditions when ordering for a journey or a time-sensitive occasion.

Inspect on arrival

Compare the parcel contents with your order information. If something is missing or damaged, retain the packaging and note the issue before contacting us with your order number. Photographs can help explain the problem without affecting your statutory rights.
